Historicon 2013 AAR and Photos Part Four

Hi kids, wow, I'm still exhausted.  I'm not even proof reading this stuff anymore...

One of the biggest games on record, 25mm Fighting Sail spread out all over the place!  Looks insanely awesome to your humble correspondent!  Just shows what a little hard work and determination can accomplish!
 Eye-yi-yi....
The rest of the fleet hove to in the roadstead.
Gotta have a real human for scale....

Some more Huge Waterborne action, with a Vauban fort in the background!
Ben Hurr lives again!  Chariot racing in the Great Circus! Those look bigger than 25mm, maybe 54's?  Nicely done!
Frank Chadwick rides herd on a fistful of gamers on Mars!  Victorian Sci-Fi is alive and well!  Incredible terrain!
Every woman's dream,  the world famous gamer Bruce, flashing his "Key to the City" Award for the Mars game.  Or perhaps that's a "get out of jail free card."
A calm moment in one of the meeting rooms, multiple battlefield await the coming carnage.
The Alamo in 25mm.  If it's good enough for John Wayne, it's good enough for me!
Ancients at sea.  Those are some big honkin' minis, maybe 1:300?
Can't have a con without Battletech!  Warm up those PPC's and dump your MG ammo!

Did I mention I'm exhausted? Whew....  ACW action.
Followed by Nappie action, Russians and French.

Dump your MG ammo? Who has a mech with ammo any way, Energy Weapons and an AX for the win!

Great photos of some very nice games; that 25mm naval game is impressive indeed. Best, Dean

Energy weapons are for the weak. Real men use AutoCannons!

Them There sound like Fightin' words, Chuckster!

We might need a Battle Tech South Dakota Grude match so I can show you the error of your thinkin'.

FYI the Roman galleys are indeed 1/300. They are the Paper ships from Eric Hotz Roman Seas line.
